Half in the Bag Episode 82: Inherent Vice and Oscar Buzz

I like the observation that they only filmed a few days (weeks,...) every year, which is probably true based on how shooting schedules would work on a project like this.

prepare for Adulthood and Seniorhood to complete the trilogy.

Will there be a rewrite for Space Cop so that it takes 13 years total to make and win all the awards ?

12 Years A Boyhood.

Jay, I have also never been a big fan of Bradley Cooper, but he's truly excellent in American Sniper.

boyhood? boyhood

Boyhood is such a fantastic film. Apparently, they filmed it over 12 years

I agree Boyhood was a magical movie. Did I hear it took 12 years to make. It only felt like the movie took 6 years to watch !

Nailed it. I lost all respect for award shows when Tommy lee Jones won best sup.actor for the fugitive (!) over Ralph Fiennes for Schindlers list.

Great episode, I heard it took them 12 years to make it.
