Behind the Scenes – September Update

Hi everyone 👋

Since the end of the holidays, the team has been working hard to push Las Venturas forward, and we’d like to share with you some of the projects currently in the works. As always, keep in mind that these are work in progress and still evolving.

Pirates in Men’s Pants

Our goal has been to understand the real-life Treasure Island in Las Vegas, the inspirations, the theming, and its role in the city’s history, in order to create the most faithful parody possible inside San Andreas. This means not just building the pirate galleon façade, but also capturing the extravagant, slightly absurd atmosphere that defined it in the 90s.

Fort Carson & Peyote Casino

Fort Carson has received a fresh polish, with improvements around the Mint and the Justice Court. But most importantly, work is underway on the long-awaited Peyote Casino interior. Our vision is to make it feel like a warm but slightly outdated place, stuck in time just like the real one. This balance is key to giving the Peyote its unique personality, standing apart from the glitzy Strip casinos.

Strip Hotels

Work has also started on the hotel rooms and hallways of our Strip casinos. These spaces will eventually let players stay in suites overlooking the city, with immersive interiors and stunning views over the Strip. Right now, it’s early WIP, but it’s a major step toward making the city feel like a true destination.
