Tech Update #6: Dialogue system + Soft bodies!

Hello, dear friends!

Today, let's talk about two new additions in R4 and beyond. Changes to the dialogue system and a new update to soft body collisions!

Let's start with the dialogue. From R4 and onwards, there will be color-marked dialogue choices. These will serve many purposes, although the first iteration coming up with Release 4 will contain two: 

1) A fashionable pink one to show you a choice leading to feminization content:

And 2) light blue, which will lead you to a side (usually lore & worldbuilding-related) text:

I believe both of these will help to make the game flow better if you want to focus on such content (or stay away!).

This topic also raises the question of how the optional content (like the aforementioned feminization) will be implemented and how in-depth such kinks will be.

I have initially experimented with different approaches, like having the ladies simply ask about the specific kink before the scene. This, however, kinda killed the flow of the scene, and it felt a bit too "fake." Ultimately, I have settled to let you simply buy female/lacy/slutty clothing for our MC in the Market. That way, you'll get "flagged," and the game will then simply give you the scene variation automatically next time since you are clearly interested in it. Still, you will sometimes get ladies asking about this or that on a special occasion (for example in case of her birthday. After all, she would like to have her personal boytoy wearing something sexy!). It will be, however, always up to you if you will go with it or not.

All of the more dedicated kinks (be it feminization, harder BDSM, etc.) will be approached in a similar, hopefully more natural, fashion.

Speaking of which! A lot of you have been asking me about the extent of the feminization aspect of the game. Let me sum it up into points for better clarity!

1) It will always be optional (the only exception will be a few rare bad ends with ample warning beforehand, like in case of the Theocracy).

2) It will be mostly lighter kind. What you can look forward to:

• A lot of feminine dresses for our MC to wear.

• A lot of verbal feminization (which is already in the game in some amount).

• Chastity play (cages).

• Role switching (MC being the "girlfriend/wife" in the relationship, even in front of the others, part of the harem, etc.).

• And a few more things I still need to decide on (light hairstyle/makeup play and such)!

3) On the other hand, I am not planning any kind of transformation of our MC!

The feminization will be mostly centered around Iris and Anitta, although there will be others from the main cast who will also like a bit of it from time to time! On the harsher part of the spectrum, there will be The Brothel and Theocracy content, which will contain plenty of it later on.

Soft body collisions

In other news, the update to soft body collisions (simply put, when soft flesh meets something harder, you can read more about it here.) continues! I am still struggling with quite a few challenges along the way, but the progress has been most promising so far!

When ready, this technology will open some great possibilities with the spicy scenes in the future! Getting smothered by all that Tessa's soft, plushy goodness when cuddling? Full body (deep, oh so deep) massage with Markala? Facesitting with Lise? You bet! And much more!

Not to mention all the clothing getting much sexier! Cleavage properly spilling out, overflowing thigh-highs, you get the idea!

Currently, all that is left is to resolve some mesh and materials-related issues, and it should be ready! I believe that I will be rolling out these updates on Day 3 of each of the main cast!
