Tracers-Be-Gone

Removes all tracers from all weapons excluding the E-Pulse 44's Boosted ability tracer.
This is designed for 1.8.0's  vanilla troopers and works on any version before that. If new weapons come out in the future, this may not affect those new ones until this  gets updated with the new weapons in mind.

No more ugly thick tracers!
