okay this is actually urgent‼️

okay besties i need your opinions on somethinggg

sooo lately i’ve been enjoying blender and i’ve been thinking about starting to make the preview pics (?) for my sims in blender instead of taking the pictures straight in cas like i usually do

i feel like the blender renders look very similar to how the sims actually look in cas because i’m not changing anything about them, but i was wondering if you guys would consider that kinda like… false advertising?? idkkkkk😭😭

i can always include an in game screenshot somewhere too, so you can see exactly what the sim looks like in game before downloading them! i just think blender gives me sooo much more freedom with poses and making the previews look more interesting and more high quality

it wouldn’t be anything super crazy or edited to the point where the sim looks completely different, you guys know i like to keep things real and making sure what you see is what you get. i just wanna make the whole presentation a little more fun and fresh and just trying something new

but i wanna know what you guys think!! would you prefer the blender renders or i should keep things as they are and stop asking stupid question and mind my business 😛

i trust y’all so let me knowww because i wanna make sure i’ll do something you guys will enjoy too!!!!!! 🩷

Why not showing both ? This way no complaints no false advertising ☺️

Personally I do view it as false advertising but you can do whatever you like to do, of course. Your sims are great. If you could provide a cas photo as well then that'd probably be better imo.

I love blender renders, they're hot, sexy, you can do more with lighting and poses! BUT if you are trying to showcase a skin or hair, they often look impossibly good in Blender, but just plain in game. So if its not too much trouble, do just one shot in game without reshades?

i think it would be cool if you add a cas screenshot too, but i’m fine with blender

Blender makes everything look HQ which is awesome! You should definitely give it a try and then add an in-game photo. Either way, whether you use blender or not, we all know your sims are gonna eat!

Um is this the only way to contact you ? I been meaning to ask you about a sim . 😭

I prefer in-game but if Blender is easier for you then I’m not opposed. My issue is when people use AI to enhance their photos and make their CC look more realistic. That is where I’d draw the line, but what you’re wanting to do—using photos from Blender—is great ,and lots of creators do it!

I wouldn’t say it’s false advertising! I’d like to see blender and cas versions if possible! There are a lot of creators that do that I think, so do you! It’s gonna look good regardless 💗👍

If u want like a more advanced lighting and maneuvering your sim to how u want her to pose I’d suggest blender ❤️

I’d fw it regardless, as long as it’s not too different. I wouldn’t worry abt it, do what you want
