Okay, once you download the file, you need to unzip it. Once you unzip it, go into the folder and click on the tray files, and drag those to the tray folder from the Sims 4. In the mods folder, click on it and drag all the files to the Sims 4 mod folder. Basically, the same steps for whenever you're downloading other stuff, like mods and builds.

So i see there is a height slider and other CAS body sliders in the zip i do have a height and hip and butt slider already do i need to remove the one for height i already have?

Left-click on the file in your library, click on compress and then it will show a Zip option then click on that. You're good to go after that.

you put the tray files in your tray folder!
