Filo

Hi everyone,

Today my little Filo passed away. He had been with me for 21 years, practically my whole life, always on my shoulder. He loved singing, dancing and French fries (even if they weren’t the best for him). I love him so much and he leaves me with a broken heart.

I’m completely devastated. I don’t usually talk about these things and I know some people might think “well, it’s just a pet, it’s sad but not that much.” But it’s not like that for me. This little bird has been my support when there was very little else to hold on to. He’s been with me for 21 years of my life. For me, Filo is family.

Tomorrow I still have to decide what to do with his body, and that thought alone is tearing me apart.

I’m so sorry, but tomorrow there won’t be a NSFW Friday post. I simply can’t find the strength without breaking down in tears. I promise I’ll find a way to make it up to you later.
