So excited for the 50th anniversary , such great production value for this next batch of episodes , it's super apparent and season 8 as a whole looks so sharp

I'm so excited you're going to watch an adventure in space and time! My mom watched it with me and she'd never seen classic or new who but enjoyed it a lot. It's just really cool to see how a cultural phenomenon came about- one which still brings people together to think and laugh and feel. My mom (now a dw watcher, unrelated to the movie) texted me last night and said, "oh man I watched and it was so scary! Why is it so scary?!" It made me think of the kids quaking in their boots watching Daleks in black and white on their bulbous old TV and then my 65 year old mom watching on her iPad, being horrified by whatever Moffat cooked up. What other show can carry that kind of legacy?

Yay, I'm happy you're gonna watch it this saturday, I wanna rewatch it too.

An Adventure in Space and Time was made for the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the show. So, any point during that year is totally fine, without going into any specifics of course. However! It was re-released for the 60th anniversary with a significant change. So maybe try your best to make sure you watch the intended copy for the 50th, as it will defo hit better. Probably not the end of the world if you don't. If you can't be sure from your intended source, what copy you are about to watch, and care if you have the specific copy from 50th. Then message me and I'll provide the right copy.

I would think you would do an adventure in time and space after season 7’s christmas special but I cant be 100% sure in terms of order
