I figured out what was making her red, white, and have a question mark on her face. I went to the body section and it was under the body scars I'm not exactly sure what it is but it shows up in the body scars section white and red once I took that out she went back to normal. :) everything else works and thank you for this beautiful family!!
Downloaded Family all works great except for the MOM :( she comes out red and white with ?
That usually means that there’s some CC on that sim that’s broken. Try going through the CC on that specific sim and remove it individually and see if that works.
