Ehhh. I have a race on that day… i have a question, about the smoke sauna. If you clear the smoke, won’t cool down the sauna? Or use a massive amount of stones? Much more, than a normal sauna?

I can't remember who it was but over on Instagram there was a lady telling about a sauna that they burn wood in it for a long time, let the flames go out, splash a little water to clear the smoke out and then they go in...no fire after the wood goes out and inside there is black soot from the fires that you get on you...I had never seen one like that before..
