in the mini print they are in their younger teenage looking years, they were created as widdle kids and then slowly aged in looks with the earth cycles.
After the creator left, Fate naturally filled in the role of "being in charge" so when anything went even slightly wrong he was the one getting harassed about it. not sure what he's getting grilled on about here but it probably wasn't even that serious.

the cmyk conversion on my home printer changes greens and Life's colors sooo much, I tried everything to fix it to no avail but he still looks cute... I think... so I just gotta accept it!!! TEAL DOG strangles my printerskdjsdfj
