Well, I'm a bit bummed that DS9 will be slowed down by the entrance of Voyager. However, it is probably good that I will have some extra time to work on other things. I think most of Voyager is fine, but I find it a bit dull after TNG and DS9. I don't have any desire to watch it for a third time. Edited to add: Looking at this schedule, though, makes it apparent how much work you two are putting into this. You make it all so fun for us, I hope that you are having fun doing it. Thanks so much!
Agreed completely, I had a bit of, oh no I want both, meltdown, but I guess it will help us feel time passed on the station and on VOY between episodes. Still terribly sad because there is so much great DS9 coming. I am calculating certain episodes won’t be till late March and April
Yay! Voyager is my second favorite Star Trek series, TNG being first. I grew up with both of them. Can't wait to see your take!
The January schedule and now for February are both great. Thanks guys, much appreciated. Looking forward to everything noted in this list. Personally I would have liked a longer run for DS9 before Voyager started. I was not aware that VOY started that early during DS9 s3.
Very looking forward to the start of Voyager. This was the first Star Trek series I could watch right from the beginning when it came out. What I remember most is that I just LOVED the intro sequence and music.
I love seeing the enthusiasm for Voyager! I was getting the impression that most of the fans here kind of looked down on Voyager or viewed it as sub-standard Trek, which I think would be doing it a disservice. No matter which series is your favorite, they all bring something great to the table and Voyager delivers in a lot of ways!
Despite seeing some TNG as a kid and some TOS movies as a kid, and watching Enterprise in 2004, Voyager in some ways is my first Trek love.

Given the binging conversation you had on Inglorious Treksperts, it's actually great the DS9 episodes are separated out by Voyager (a palate cleanser if there ever was one, like a glass of water between pints of stout). DS9 often a good show to mull.
Last of the mohicans is a tear jerker, but I am down to watch it again.
And this is why that annual subscription giving me early access is SO totally worth it. DS9, X-Files and now VOY too? Yay! If you guys ever get around to watching Babylon 5, it will be a great day :)
I think the BRIDGE CREW is likely to have us starting it after the expanse. We will see.
Ahh, that brief sweet moment when DS9 was on the air by itself. Seeing how you're going to be experiencing this in such a compressed timeline, it's going to be fascinating watching your reactions. Alex was correct in that the powers that be started to not give a shit what DS9 did after this point. The writers room was unleashed and unstoppable.
DS9 flourished because of it. Look at voyager and their substandard (understating) writing as a comparison

Man, I feel this. There's a podcast called I Only Listen to the Mountain Goats. I need a T-shirt that says I Only Watch Star Trek. I kind of want to burn through all 1,000 episodes in a year and then leave it behind me forever.

It can be a little weird with DS9 and VOY. Since DS9 was syndicated, the episodes were transmitted to the stations via satellite (where you could watch them if you had one) on Saturdays, and then I think stations could start airing the episode on Sunday. Voyager aired during the week on a network. So, whenever DS9 and VOY aired an episode the same week, DS9 was available to watch and probably technically aired first somewhere.
Why is "Past Tense" (E11+12) scheduled for one day? The two parts aired seperately as I remember.
That’s irrelevant, we sometimes release the two-part episodes simultaneously if nothing aired in between
I bet they watch "Lola rennt" (Run Lola Run) in the original German. LOL
Ok, i was wondering that too, if it's German with English subtitles or English dub.. But I didn't want to ask to avoid spoiling the info that it's a German movie. But I guess it's already too late for spoilers and they already watched it by now 😅
Run Lola Run has been on the watchlist for quite a while, so a nice reason to finally watch it. Would recommend more PTA films!

Star Trek makers! Why couldn’t you wait another season to start Voyager so the guys could have DS9 for a full mostly great season? I love VOY but this season is so good. That being said I think Voyager season one is decent.
Heh. I get it. DS9 gets better and better from here on out. But if the guys gave the show that kind of opportunity, they will hold back from watching VOY and there are some time-sensitive things that connect both shows. For the record, DS9 should've had seasons on it's own and I am no fan of VOY. But keeping to air date order takes the decision-making out of it. It's just unfortunate that it will take longer for the guys to reach the REALLY good stuff.
Did I miss if the Bridge Crew vote for The Expanse vs Whatever the other choice ended up being happened?

Now Voyager, oh sorry that is a movie with Bette Davis, I meant Star Trek Voyager. I am interesting in watching along. This is when I stopped watching Star Trek, it was during it's first season. With that said I am looking forward now to seeing it with Target Audience.
