Long time watcher, first time patreon. Literally grew up on TNG, sorry it took me so long. All good things is all good things.

It’s sad but when you think about it, we’ll have DS9, Voyager and TNG movies for a while.

Michael Dorn described a moment during shooting the final scene where everyone at the table just held hands for a few moments and just looked at each other. And once the cameras cut, Michael Dorn broke down in tears. Doesn't surprise me. It made me want to cry also and still does!

It's no secret this is not the last time we see this crew in action. I have a feeling the guys will appreciate the FINAL final finale. And they will eventually see MY personal favorite show ending, which I think is even better. Good stuff is ahead.

TNG was a good finale. maybe not the best, but it was really good. some of my other favorite series finales The Shield. (my personal favorite finale ever) Better Call Saul/Breaking Bad. (i liked Saul's ending better) The Sopranos (duh). LOST (the most misunderstood ending of all time)

I think making television or movies is like public art. So much of public art is like "wtf even is that?" Yes it's subjective whether you appreciate it. But at the end of the day if it's to be enjoyed by the most people it has to be broad in scope.

i'm feeling melancholy as we watch TA share the experience of the finale of TNG - i felt the same when the finale first aired, great to watch but sorry to see it end - hope for all the best in 2026
