UNCUT - The Expanse Season 4 Episode 8

Unfortunately MOST reactors absolutely miss that the General DID in fact give push back so he was 100% justified in his reaction there. It was not somes shouting match but he advised that the intel was weak/unverified. He also directly told Chrisjen the possible cost of the options she was pushing. As a General though there's only so much you can do when your boss is telling you they want options presented. You don't go mouthing off to the SG no different than a General doesn't go off on the "Commander In Chief" aka President! Especially not in a staff meeting!
"It's not miserable anymore" High praise indeed! So many production teams aim for "not miserable" and this one hit that mark expertly 👍🎯
Yeah aside from DP&W, I haven't watched a Marvel movie of show since the Spiderman with Jake Gyllenhaal (Far From Home?). Endgame was about where I knew I was done. I heard GOTG 3 was good, as well as the Spiderman with with Tobey and Andrew. In fact I haven't seem many movies at all in that time. Top Gun Maverick, Oppenheimer, Avatar 2, DP&W, MI: Dead Reckoning, and Superman. So like 1 movie a year for the past 6 years. And yeah, glad you're enjoying the season more now. I maintain that S5 and 6 should just be one vote. Either finish up the show or move on. Leaving 6 episodes unwatched would be like quitting a race 100m from the finish line. And finally I'm caught up. Been falling behind on TA stuff for a couple weeks.
Bobby wasn't upset with her nephew for getting out. She was upset when she realized he just got a job that he is excited for, that is going to lead to nothing..... She has come to the realization that the Mars Terraforming project is deader than dead.
I hope we do get to see seasons 5&6, lots of character moments I think you’ll like. I love Fred’s new badass look in this episode.
If The Bridge Crew stops now and doesn't vote for the next two seasons, I'll scream, LOL. Seasons 1 - 3 are my favourites, but season 5 - 6 are still good enter entertaining TV, and it's just painful imagining not knowing what happens.
Yeah, the end of season 3 was the best place for the bridge crew to stop at in the series.
The idea that two guys would come to Star Trek with no background in it, when it's not in the cultural zeitgeist anymore (at least not anywhere near the way it was in the '90s), and end up watching it to the exclusion of other things... it warms my heart. You get it. And oh yeah, The Expanse. B+ for the arguments and character moments in this episode, and A++ for FRED F---IN' JOHNSON.
An improvement...glad you two enjoyed it to a degree. You guys missed it when Murtry was immediately calling his ship trying to fuck over Holden now that he has his sight back.
Good ole Murty
