YOUTUBE - The Maquis Part 1 | Star Trek Fans First Time Watching DS9

That respectable Cardassian Gul having such empathy and care for family, choosing to avoid to a war last episode. Now oh hey kidnapped a guy made him confess and oh whoops he died in my custody. Ohoho my~

I think you both understood the politics of the Trek universe pretty well for a first time watch thru. I enjoyed the discussion.

Star trek bronze... Silver and gold are yet to come. 😏 But very happy about your reaction.

Sisko is an engineer. Which the show hasn't properly established, besides mentioning where he served prior to taking command of DS9 (in the pilot). This helps explain some things during the course of the show. And you'll notice I deliberately didn't say where Sisko served prior to DS9. Him building that clock (in 'Dramatis Personae') is the only other confirmation in S1 and S2 that I can think of.
