Okay, okay, hear me out on Whispers being No. 9. It's flawless storytelling, AMAZING entertainment! I love it. S Tier! But it's also a very stand alone episode. So, if I add in how these episodes make me feel when I watch them, how they impact me looking at DS9 as a whole story, it ends up lower on the list. Season 7 definitely ranks in the bottom half of TNG seasons.

The main thing these lists are teaching me is that I need to revisit Dark Page. I remember it as not just bad but terrible, but I don't think I've seen it in 25 years, either. Time to give it another shot, clearly.
So I had Lower Decks & Whispers as my number ones. What's crazy is that these both aired on the same weekend - I remember watching both back to back!... Man I miss the 90s almost as much as I love Star Trek.
Oh wow, interesting!

Crossover Honourable Mentions: The Homecoming, The Circle, The Maquis Part 2, The Collaborator, Paradise, Armageddon Game, Rules of Acquisition and Profit and Loss DS9 Season 2 was difficult to rank, bar the top 6 or 7, the rest could easily flip with one of my honourable mentions.
DS9 1. The Wire 2. Necessary Evil 3. Whispers 4. The Maquis, Part 1 and 2 5. The Circle Trilogy 6. The Jem'Hadar 7. Blood Oath 8. Crossover 9. Rules of Acquisition 10. Still, it will always be my favorite show of all time.
