You can find a bugfix (only a few MB) and the whole build for 4.0A in the download section.

The new farm origin scene now works as intended if you've choosen the "pure" route and play the male PC.

Compass no longer visible in perk tree
Action indicators no longer pop up in empty spaces
Tishtyra bathroom scene fixed
We removed name boxes from the game while we investigate the issue

Hello? Sorry to bother you but... I have taken the game on dlsite. And spot that there was no update since Feb/27/2018. Just to inform. And if someone have a clue on how to go south oakshire, the acess are blocked, and i fear to move to act2 without recruiting all vanguard's member.
