MOD UPDATE: The Hero Physique
💖 The Hero Physique has been updated!
📃This update, finally adds meshes for fairies and two body presets, one for males and one females. In addition to the last, the thumbnails have been also updated to make their titles more legible. As a small plus, a tattoo version of the swatches for the veins has been also included with this update.
🔺New Body Presets:
Both presets correspond to muscular body types and work with most custom body meshes. However, for male Sims, it is recommended to use meshes with minimal muscle definition to avoid an exaggerated body shape.
🔺Meshes for fairies:
From now on, fairies have fully compatible meshes. Likewise, these feature support for the body selector and condoms.

the fairy erect penis is not appearing for me in the body selector
Did you do a female Vag for this?
Right now, the mod does not include a vaginal mesh, but any other, made by my or by other creators, can be used with this.
I was wondering if at some point you would be able to do a body type where works for both male and female having both genitals.
If do you mean a body type like a preset. Both presets included in this mod can also work with Sims that have genitals (the sample pictures can be seeing in the post of the download). I did my best to make them not create conflicts with penises or vaginas, and as far I can tell, both are working fine with clothing and nude meshes.
Absolutely amazing!! Thank you!
I like the pecs and arms, but the love handles bulge out a bit
