Freedom is rarely measured by the choices everyone applauds. It is measured by the space we leave for one another to live honestly, to inhabit our own bodies without fear, and to decide what becomes of them. Throughout history, societies have celebrated liberty in the abstract while shrinking from its most personal expressions. ❤️

I admire those who choose to live with that kind of bodily autonomy, and I admire those who defend it even when it isn't a path they would take themselves. They understand that freedom is not an endorsement of every choice. It is the protection of each person's right to make one. 🤍
