KIARIKA Career Mode Overhaul v3.5 (TU16)

Compatibility with TU16.
The overall OVR growth of players has been slightly nerfed.
The heights of the young prospects brought in by scouts and those you start with on the team were adjusted for better balance.
Some adjustements to the ticket incomes of the women's leagues.
Crowd attendance during matches has been modified again, as it was heavily bugged in certain situations. It should now work as expected, with attendance ranging between 90% and 100%. (updated)
Player prices have been adjusted again to better align with the economic ecosystem of the clubs under the mod, aiming to maintain a logical pricing margin. (updated)
