What i've been up to
I (mrwestcoast) apologize about the lack of content of late, even though progress has been done this past month, i haven't felt so good of late, it is a mixture of a bit of depression and anxiety that holds me back to update.
but i can't keep on doing this for ever, so i will be updating on what we have been up to in the next posts.
we are always working, and as always thank you for keeping on supporting us .

Yea take the time you need off to take care of yourself and find the help you need
Its alright, we all came here for the same thing, depression gets the best of us, keep at it and if need be give your mind a break we're all supporting you for good reason.
Taking care of yourselves on all levels is the most important part of furthering anything. Don’t apologize for doin it, as to us rabid frothing at the mouth fans we need to use ... shudder ... patience. It’ll be Super Effective!
