Dev Blog: Free Roam Overhaul, Asset Breakdown, & GOG Launch Date Reveal!
Production on the next update is moving along smoothly, and we’ve been making major quality of life adjustments based on all the feedback you've sent us over the past few weeks.
🛠️ Free Roam Remake & Polish
Free Roam System Redesign: A lot of you let us know that the previous arrow navigation system felt a bit clunky and confusing. We took that feedback to and completely remade the Free Roam navigation system to feel much smoother and more intuitive to play through.
Typo Eradication: Once again we conducted a thorough text audit and wiped out a mountain of typos and dialogue inconsistencies across the story.
🎨 Asset Progress & 3 New NSFW Scenes
Our render pipeline has been running at full capacity:
📷 New Renders: Around 600 new images are fully rendered and ready for the next update, with even more currently being baked.
🎬 100 Animations in Progress: 40 new animations are completely finished and ready, while another 60 are currently sitting in our render queue!
🔥 New Content: This upcoming update will feature 3 new NSFW scenes (scenes were already in game, but with no animations).
🗓️ GOG Release Date & Synchronized Steam Update!
We are thrilled to officially announce that Passion's Playground will launch on GOG on September 23rd!
To ensure parity across all platforms, we will also be dropping our first major Steam update on September 23rd, bringing both the GOG and Steam builds to the exact same version simultaneously.

YOU ROCK DUDE!!! GREAT WORK! With this news I, among many I would expect, look forward to seeing more of your games made available through markets like GOG in the future. Keep up the charge! Haven't played, but I am curious, is the freedom system similar to a being a dik, where it happens occasionally or is it like full sandbox. Cause full sandbox sares me, I don't like too much free roam, but can handle other games like BAD or others. So curious, cause I like straightforward VNs.
Hey MagicMan753, Free Roam happens occasionaly and is optional, meaning that you can exit from it and continue normally as soon as you encounter it. Rest of the game is fully straightforward AVN.
