For today's 14 days of lingerie post, I'm keeping things short and sweet since I wasted 4 hours in a doctor's office waiting room today :)

I'm just going to put these here and then change into my own silk pajamas and lounge about the house for the evening with a very large, very needy German Shepherd in my lap. Self-care is very important!

For your swooning and enjoyment, I present some pages from La Mode et la Maison dated 7 November 1937. This was a very pretty lingerie-themed issue and it does not disappoint. It is fun to note that each of these designs was available for mail order from the magazine, and the sewing pattern was labeled as the Patron Modèle brand.

Soooo much pretty lace trim everywhere...

This edition gets bonus points for adding a feature on 1930s bedroom decor. Where better to wear such gorgeous lingerie than in one's opulently furnished boudoir?
