This month's Haslam E-book freebie is the Haslam System of Dresscutting Illustrated Book of Draftings - No. 21.

The dating information I have for these suggest 1944 but these are some rather unique designs for the period.

There are a lot of fun high necklines and great illustrated ornamentation to the dresses that feel a bit more like 1939 to early 1940s. What do you think?
