The fact that she has ONLY gained a little over 550 lbs in the last year of gobbling up hundreds (if not THOUSANDS) of people is a dang miracle and a testament to her metabolism and/or that Arasaka Chrome digestive system of hers.
I'd say nothing has changed for the worst in that year at least, also the line ended up in her gut so that makes it easier!
