My thing about "worst movies ever made" claims is that with more access to filmmaking tools there's been an explosion of truly terrible filmmaking that just never gets a wide release. Sure, this movie and stuff like Manos has notoriety, but they look like competent filmmaking compared to post-2000s garbage like Dead Walkers, 10 Grams, Atrocity, and the myriad other slop titles that mostly exist to fill out the dark corners of services like Tubi
Must note that the Madmen of Mandoras section of the film was shot by Stanley Cortez, who shot Orson Welles film The Magnificent Ambersons, so that's the one quality the film has.
It really says something that not only did you not show one of the Simpsons references I was thinking of, you also showed one I forgotten about.
