Exclusive: MMMini RoboBeetle (Clicker)!!
**Update: I adjusted the clicker socket so that it should fit more brands of MX style clickers. I originally modeled it based on the Kailh clickers I had. These new adjustments should be more universal. (v02)
Hi Everyone!
Introducing my new Subscriber Exclusive MMMini RoboBeetle!!
This MMMini marks a few firsts for me! It's my first Robo mini, which I've been wanting to explore for a long time. It's also my first Clicker design! I'm excited to add that to my toolbox for this and other future releases, where it makes sense.
The Standard version is 100% print-in-place, and requires no supports. Its a quick and easy print that scales down very well. The Clicker version requires a tiny bit of assembly, and must be printed at 100% scale to fit the Clicker mechanism. I've included both regular and keychain options for both versions!
Check out a little preview video HERE.
I hope you like it!
Matt

3D Print information:
MMMini RoboBeetle:
-Standard version: Print-in-Place.
(Can be scaled to print in different sizes)
-Clicker version: Assemble Body and Shell with a Keyboard Clicker.
(must be printed at 100% scale to fit the Clicker mechanism)Both versions include regular and keychain options!
No supports needed.
Multicolor 3MF files: For PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, and Orca based slicers.
(for Orca based slicers… it's often better to use File>Import rather than Open Project, so that it doesn't import any printer specific presets/settings.)Magnet Cavities: Fits up to two stacked 10 x 3mm magnets.
10% Infill (I recommend Gyroid, Crosshatch or 3D Honeycomb)
3 Walls. (Assuming 0.4mm nozzle. Adjust wall count to account for alternate nozzle sizes)
Standard versions should generally scale down to about 50% with full articulation, on a well calibrated printer. Your mileage may vary. Clicker version should be printed at 100%

Now they'll never succeed with my army of Robo Beatles!! 🦹
I'm kind of obsessed with your robo designs tbh 😅
These are the best!
Love it printing next
Great model and it prints well. The only downside is that the clicker base doesn't have the cutout space for the little H tabs that many clickers have.
I just pushed an update that should fit these. Let me know if you still run into trouble with it.
Can the clickers be any kind, or do they have to be the ones listed in the description?
It now works with the couple different types that I have and it has a great solid feel once the clicker is inserted.
awesome
Fire man!
