After making some little edits to this mod, our Shadowheart can get even larger XDDDD
I've put my mod (after change) in the attachments, you'll also need the mod manager that can download from here:

This mod works by changing the Lvl 2 Spell (enlarge/shrunk) from the Transmutation school to unlimited time and at no cost. Have fun :D

i download your update of the mod, there a limit? because when i try it myself my characters can get big but not thaaaaaat big
ah... maybe I changed it to a larger size?.. I forgot
Only problem I'm having right now (from the edit you made) is the pathfinding for walking is completly broke when you try to move around. It legit just won't let you. I know it has to do with the size of the characters but I'm not sure how to go about fixing it. Then again this was made a year ago lol. I guess I should be happy the original works.
Oh yea… I assume something wrong with the collision maybe
