Touge Attack Test Hotfix

I apologize for the issues with the launch. This hotfix resolves many problems.

Please read the following: It's possible that the steering wheels may not yet have basic force feedback (FFB) functionality, as we don't have enough wheels to test. However, we've added new code which should resolve the issue. If this doesn't happen, please report it on Discord or here.

Here is the log of the corrections and the download link.

Log

- Normal camera correction: The camera has been raised higher to better appreciate the street.

- Sensitivity correction: There is now greater sensitivity for different preferences.

- Windowed mode enabled with saving.

- VRAM optimization: Previously, at 1080p with everything on high, VRAM consumption was 8000MB; now it's 4700MB.

- Texture streaming: Texture streaming is now enabled to avoid VRAM overload.

- Controller plugin update: SDL3 updated and renewed test code to verify that the steering wheels' basic force feedback (FFB) is working.

- Auto resolution start: If you haven't saved your graphics options, it will start with your screen's resolution.

- Fixed rumble keeping after going out.

- Physics changes: Physics values ​​have been changed. Now the cars have more natural power behavior. Cars now turn more, but depending on the acceleration, you could lose traction if you don't have it. Activated

Improved stability for the CG8-GTO

C12 differential values ​​changed

The differential power was too high, so the values ​​were lowered for a better RWD testing experience
