Hey guys!!! Welcome back to another update for Digital Romance V3! I'm so excited to share all the new things in this update so lets get into it
THINK BEFORE YOU TEXT
We're human and emotions do be emoting so sometimes, we find ourselves reacting first and thinking about things later. That's true for our sims as well. Which is why I made a small change to the Break Up Over Text feature. Now your sims won't be able to send that text to end things with that special (or not so special) someone! If you still want to go through with it, your sims will need to talk things out first!

I've added a new interaction for your sims to gain some perspective and reflect on their relationship! Once they've finished they'll gain a new moodlet:
It lasts for 3 Sim days and during that time frame your sims can continue to use the break up over text like before.
EXPLAIN THIS
Now POST-BREAKUP, The Dumpee Sims can get down to the bottom of it and Demand Break Up Reason which yes, you as the player can CHOOSE! Each Choice will have a different set of reactions so be careful about what you choose OR you can Explain Break Up Reason
Moodlet Examples:
APOLOGY...ACCEPTED? Maybe...
If your sims are somehow in a good place to be in the same room as one another, they can reconcile by using the Apologize for the BreakUp and your sim can choose to forgive or completely ignore the request. It's up to you!
Special Note: Depending on the choice you make it can affect your sims' relationships drastically! So choose wisely!
A CLEAN SLATE
One of the things I wanted to add to the update was for sims who choose to give their relationship a second (or third, or fourth or...you know nevermind) chance, I've introduced a new relationship type "Fresh Start" which will give your sims literally a clean slate! Their romance bar get set back to 0 and they lose romantic/attraction satisfaction (if you own LoveStruck) and their friendship is set at a decent range. It's up to you if you decide if the relationship can move past the problems of the past

Shoutout to smolpeach08 for the wonderful idea! Don't have time for something serious? Well, now you can send a "WooHoo Text" to have sims come over and spend the night. They'll arrive with a flirty mood so what happens between your sims and their guests is up to you! (Similiar to Ask to Go Steady, sims will need Friendship level 30 minimum for it to show up!)

Interactions
I've added a few new interactions now sims can Talk About Last Cupid's Corner Date, Read Love Horoscope or watch Latest Passions Cove Tartosa Episode! Some interactions will give notifications/dialogue some are just for gameplay/storytelling purposes! Some interactions can be found on the Computer or by clicking other sims!

Hey Jordy, I hope you are good. I want to first say thank you for your work, is very appreciated. I just want to say that, I don't know why, but when meeting new sims they start by saying things that are in this mod, like gossiping about cupid's corner date. They are not greeting normally. I had to take it out because it was a lot, every sim that greet a new one, they started by talking about cupid's corner date.
i think you should delete your older post because looking up this mod takes you to outdated versions & i only knew to check for the version 3 because it was mentioned in the comments about how this exact situation is a problem. you should just update a single post instead of making multiple of the same mod. would make things easier.

Could you please add the ability to write / send customized letters to people in town? Whether digitally or a physical letter. That they can read and keep too. Like penpals adding different modlets to the sims depending on their relationship, the chemistry that develops, how well they get along, if they don't ghost the other sim etc. That would be cool!

Hi love, LOT51 core was updated as of today and none of my digital romance icons are listed out correctly, they all show up as "..."
Was it working before? If so that means you either have another copy of lots core library installed or you have an extra copy of digital romance

hai hai! If you mean on the phone, your sims will need to have some level of romance for the app to show up! Or if they plan on breaking up theyll need to be in an official relationship like a partner, engaged or married

Awesome mod to reflect the social media generation. I'm currently testing it out and have just one note/question. The "Think Before You Text" creates an additional step, arguably the original hassle of inviting a sim over to end a relationship; it's super realistic and works from a moral perspective. However, for my sims with a Non-Committal trait, can they skip this step? If not, I'd consider making that distinction to make it even more realistic. Just my 2 cents. Again, great mod! Thank you for making it public. ***

do you think it would be possible to turn down the autonomy for talking about last cupid's corner date?
Hi, just a suggestion but my sims autonomously converse with "Talk About Last Cupid's Corner Date" during their interactions even though they are engaged now hahaha Maybe if the interaction could be blocked to sims who are already in relationships/marriages just so it fits storylines/immersion :)
