Ask to Relocate 🚚 {Mini Mod}

ANYWAY...
What does this little mod do? Well, it adds the ability for your sims to "relocate" or Move if they're offered!
How does it work?
First your sims need to have a job! Secondly, they'll need to have been promoted recently. Sims who've been promoted will get this buff:
(Special note: Ambitious sims will get a different one but dont worry they'll be able to participate too)
All your sims have to do is click on the "Business" app and scroll down until you see the Ask to Relocate option!
Now as shown above, if your sims do not currently have a promotion buff they wont be able to ask to relocate. Now if they do then they'll be given this prompt with two choices: Accept Relocation Offer or Decline Offer.
Accepting the offer will IMMEDIATELY (i cannot stress this enough) take your household to the move out screen. So if you plan to go this route, you'll need to get things ready beforehand! The bright side is your sims will be given a $25,000 inconvenience package!
Now when your sims decline there are four additional things that could happen if they decline!
Sims will either:
Career Performance Loss (roughly 50%)
Laid Off
Demoted 1 Career Level
Get Fired
Special note: This will fire/demote/lay off ALL of their sims careers! so if you have any mods that allow multiple careers it WILL affect them all!

Hi! Just wanna say, your mods are fantastic! And a little question, I know I can initiate it by using the phone, but is there also a probability of it happening if I don't click it? Like if my sims get promoted and a few days go by, will it initiate by itself or no?
hi hi! So currently not at this time. its based off a moodlet you get when your sims get promoted. if i revisit this i might consider it but there's so many careers to keep track of haha
Hi, this is super cool mod but do you know the probability of getting the relocation pop-up? When a sim gets promoted, is it a 30% chance of this event occurring or higher? Also adding a social discussing possible relocation with family could be a future idea <3

I read the description and one thing remains unclear to me. Does it work in such way that the player has to initiate to be offered to relocate, or can a relocation event trigger at random upon being promoted? If not, is there any plan to make that a possibility?
Essentially when your sim gets promoted they’ll be eligible to request a relocation through their phone.
Hey! So there was an update for Sims 4 a few days ago, and I can't seem to be able to get this mod to work. Is it possible that that's because of the new update? If so, will the mod be updated sometime? If not, then no worries, because I don't think people should be pressured into constantly updating their content if they don't want to, but I just wanted to check :)

Nope just lots library and make sure your sim just got promoted (same day)
