G's Notes

This is the 2nd-to-last Deputy Commissioner request for July! Shout-out to Lucian on Discord for picking LOVELESS Jessie and letting me go nuts with it, I had a lot of fun!

I took inspiration from the really interesting foreshadowing/subtle ancient history lore dump from the Loveless scene in Rebirth to fill in what I imagine the original ending of Jessie's dance would look like before Shinra added interactive gimmicks. I also layered in a bunch of attempts at foreshadowing and nods and stuff. There's at least 8 specific, subtle things to look out for if you care to try and pick it apart, and just like in the game some things can reference/mean more than one thing!

I know this sort of artistic stuff is probably a lot less interesting than straight-up smut, but sometimes I just gotta flex a bit and remind myself that I'm good at this lol.

I also want to address the elephant in the room - July was very quiet on my part. It was honestly a perfect storm of the end of June and start of July being an annual clusterfuck, followed by me catching Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease from my niece and nephews - which if you know you know, that shit is NOT fun and there's not much you can do except suffer in new and increasingly miserable ways for about 10 days. I mentioned I was sick in a previous post and yeah, that was what that was and ultimately why this month was dry.

I am sorry for anyone who might feel a bit short-changed, but this is one of those 'shit happens' things and if you cancelled your sub this month because I was quiet, I hope you'll give me another shot when you see something that strikes your interest! :)
