LAYOUT: start at Castelul Dracula - photogrammetry from 2 cameras on car - partly failed experiment (2024)

LAYOUT: start at Roundabout DN7C/e68 - photogrammetry from drone - pretty good experiment (2025)

LAYOUTS: Hill Climb (short) and Downhill (short) - from 35km laser-scanned in 2019 - partly failed due to weaker scanner and GPS resulting in bumps and other problems

NEW HIGH QUALITY VERSION proper early access arriving ASAP this year in 2025

with a new much improved 100km laser-scan obtained in summer 2023

There will be 2 versions though: LIGHT and HEAVY

1. LIGHT aka industry standard will have road textures created with hybrid mix of real and synthetic textures based on real ones

2. HEAVY aka photo-real will be done with drone textures placed on the laser-scanned retopologised mesh
