Platinum Tier 4 - "Underground"

I've finally gone and released a new reshade. Genuine apologies for being away for about 3 months. But we back!

This reshade works best with the newest version of QuantV. The base of Quant makes this reshade really stand out especially at night time. I've gone with a bit more of a NFS style look with this one by keeping the greens a bit more prominent for night time, but still has a fairly cinematic look during the daytime. With this reshade I would recommend occasionally turning some effects on and off depending on the time and location of where you are taking pictures, as sometimes it can appear a bit too bright or a bit too dark in some areas.
