Ultimate Tier 4 - "Vision"

After quite some time I'm once again releasing presets. This one has taken a while to perfect to a point where I'm happy to release it. This reshade focuses on keeping night time dark and gloomy, but still elevating a lot of the lighting within the map. Night time is best used with light props to make the car colours pop a lot more during the night time. During day time this is a vibrant and colourful vibe with a lot more elevated blues and whites to make the lighting stand out once again. There is still a good amount of contrast in daytime and night time which makes this a perfect preset for both day and night.
