Platinum Tier 3 - "Matrix"

Well, here's one that I'm very happy with. I think this preset fits the theme of the Matrix perfectly in accordance to the limits to GTA V / FiveM. I've of course focussed on making the greens pop the most and to be the most noticeable for that authentic Matrix feeling. This is a great preset for Cloudy, Overcast and Smog weather due to the fog that it helps to create.
