Ultimate Tier 1 - "VHS"

Well here we go finally, I've been working on this reshade for quite some time now because I wanted to get it just right. I've always looked for and wanted to find a VHS preset for reshade but never had any luck with that so I took it upon myself to create one. The main reason that this is for Ultimate Supporters is due to it taking so long to perfect and to get that authentic VHS effect.
