NO LONGER NEEDED | Cheat Console Fix - Public Release
A recent patch caused the cheat console to block all game input when it is open. This is just a small mod to undo that until the next patch. SimGuruNick has already stated it wasn't intentional.
Note: If you downloaded the pre-release version, please re-download. This version includes a fix for the story-mode CAS being blank.
Instructions:
Download the .package file to anywhere in your Mods folder.

Oh I hope this works, I have been searching for a reason as to why I can’t see glimmerbrook. I’m so glad I found this thread.
This is currently not working for me. It caused my game screen to go completely white and freeze when trying to enter Glimmerbrook. :/
Remove cheat console fix.
Hey TwistedMexi I think I found a bug with Cheat Console fix it makes the top half of the main menu black and soft locks the game I have the screenshots (Menu:https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/48713617971_9c7e1a6384_b.jpg and Moving worlds:https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/48713781802_e95665522f_b.jpg)
I had this problem too. It also won't let me open the new RoM world.
Hi there TM, I was wondering if you wanted to include the New Mod Tracker link in your Better Exceptions Mod, (have also started using that a short while back) :) and noticed the information down the bottom.. ie: Scarlet had passed the information along so I could 'keep the broken cc & mods' alive after the SimsVIP had been archived.. https://simsonic.weebly.com/modtracker TIA (love your mods) and I also help out at the EA Forums
Oh I could kiss you right now! You have no idea how much that glitch has messed up my game.
Thank you so much for the fix!
And the aging cheats work too! You amaze me, thanks man!
Thank you! 🤗
