Searchable Sim Picker v1.3

Fixed for Royalty & Legacy patch
The newest iteration of my searchable mods, this one adds a search bar to all standard sim pickers. For example, Vacation, Travel, and any interactions (modded or otherwise) that use a sim picker menu.
The search will keep any selected sims active and put them at the top of the list so it's possible to grab sims across multiple searches.

Agreeing with venus here, it's causing some UI issues. e.g cannot open the phone, or the relashionships panel in CAS, not sure about any others
Hi, I think this needs an update, I am getting UI bugs with this installed.

Would be great if it worked when planning a getaway social event, in the Roles picker.
I'll see what can be done for that. Might need to be a separate mod.
