For the very first time, Formula 1 takes on Madring this weekend for the 2026 Spanish Grand Prix. A completely new circuit, a new challenge for the drivers, highlighted by the spectacular La Monumental, the huge banked corner already set to become Madring's signature turn. 🏎️💨
And of course, a new circuit means a completely new extension built from scratch! The Madrid F1 2026 Extension 1.0 brings the atmosphere of this historic first race to Assetto Corsa, with the full 2026 trackside environment recreated for the inaugural weekend.

the start finish line itself is incorrect same goes for the pit entry/last turn. it is a wall and not curb !!!!!!

increadible to see how incorrect the layout it. it is not the first time that the track extension is completely of the real life track. Monza has the same issue where useless sausage curb or high curbs are put even though they are flat in real life
Madrid track is very new and the real-life circuit continued to evolve even during race week. Track mods (and extensions) obviously can’t be created or updated overnight (even F1 26 doesn’t reflect every last-minute change). Despite this, we are able to get the closest possible recreation of reality every Saturday. I’m pretty sure the track will have some updates soon, so just give modders a little time.
MAIN TRACK IS SAYING 5 HOURS TO DOWNLOAD, ANY ALT DL LINKS?- had to download from different region via VPN still took 20 mins
Thanks pyyer for your work, allways welcome and gorgeous. Unfortunatelly, the original track (not pyyer work) is lacking performance, like losing almost 20fps in some areas (The tunnel for example). This makes the track somewhat "dificult" to use right now. If you want to do laps timing it can be used, but full grid race is at the moment, a not so satisfying experience (Again, not pyyer´s fault at all, that´s a original track issue). Thanks pyyer!
In Pure settings, go to Light, then find CSP Light Bounce and drag it to 0.0. This completely fixed the performance for me and others on this track.
Hi,I just downloaded the track and your extension.When it’s loaded it says loading setup.Like it’s just hanging and nothing happens.
ive got it to work,must have something against the new VRC Formula Alpha 2026 cars ! As soon as i changed the cars to Formula Hybrid 2026 it runs. Before when the game loaded ,where the Steering Wheel you press to start it displays Setup Validating Please Wait,instead,and doesnt start.
