Gift of Hedone: Crit Cooldown Stat

Hello you gorgeous Deviants,

Sorry for all the stat related posts, and sorry if its boring, there will be a couple more just a heads up as I am trying to finalise all of these as a priority.

So currently there is Crit Chance and Crit Power, but one thing I think gets a bit overpowered is when a lot of games allow you to essentially roll Crit damage as a permanent due to getting 100% crit chance, so it becomes the regular damage. (I am typically one of those people haha)

For that reason I will be introducing a Crit Cooldown stat

The idea is that even if you end up building a 100% Crit Chance, you will be at the mercy of the Crit Cooldown - so if the Crit Cooldown was at 10 Seconds, you would still only trigger the Crit Chance once every ten seconds.

So now, it becomes a balancing act of building your Crit Power, Crit Chance, and Crit Cooldown.

I am thinking of keeping the base/starting cooldown at 10 seconds - I think that is an easy to under reference, and means I could treat the stat as a Percentage - so if you have a 20% boost to that stat, it would be 8 seconds etc.
