As someone in the comments said, there's no such cursed seal, only Mizuki, but it's not canon. Now they're adding non-canon things to the mod? The Naruto mod is pretty much the same, and things like that only ruin it (like the update where they removed the Sharingan's dodge chance and gave it the Byakugan, considering the Byakugan has no dodge chance or the ability to see and track movements).
filler content is canon, all filler content are created by Kishimoto
what do you mean by special? in original naruto series there isnt anyone with that type of curse mark maybe mizuki if you count fillers
