How to receive your No Hesi benifits

Hello everyone!

Lately, I've been receiving lots of questions about how to navigate our servers, download content, whitelist, and receive roles among other things. While I wish I could respond to each one of you round the clock, my commitments to server-related projects often take most of my time. These include marketing oversight, video & graphic production, mod development, staff coordination, and a few secret endeavors to broaden No Hesi's horizon 🤫. To address your questions, I'm crafting a straightforward guide to tackle the common questions.

Q: How do I receive my benefits, and how does it work?

A: Follow the steps outlined in the guide linked below:

   1. Link your Discord account to your Patreon account.

   2. Once your role in Discord is assigned, head to the #whitelist-verify channel.

   3. Complete the verification, then install the necessary content.

Q: How do I install mods?

A: We've curated several guides available on our Discord and also a video tutorial:

   Install missing content

   Install guide video tutorial

Note: We don’t provide downloads via Patreon due to bandwidth limitations among other factors. Patreon is merely our way to allocate roles to our supporting members while all operations are carried out through Discord, same for Discord subscriptions.

For any further issues, please utilize our official help channels on Discord.

- Use  #vip-help to create a VIP priority ticket. If you've followed all the steps and yet haven't received your role, tag a staff member in the #help channel and a ticket will be created for you.

Your understanding and cooperation are much appreciated as we strive to improve and expand No Hesi.

Thank you! -chris
