Don鈥檛 have any ideas as to what they could be planning for the movie, but I鈥檓 starting to get excited for Star Wars again. They鈥檙e definitely going to make sure this Star Wars film rocks. It has to so fans don鈥檛 keep losing faith in the franchise.
Yoooouuu said it haha. Fascinated to see how this film turns out, because in its own way, it sorta feels like the stakes are higher than ever just to nail this one and make it great. I really hope they can stick the landing haha 馃槄
Loved the trailer and your reactions to it. :) Wonder what form Palpatine (if it is actually him) will be in as George Lucas used to say dark side users aren't able to come back as Force ghosts so maybe it'll be a flashback to the prequel era to bring everything full circle. Unless if they're going with an idea that Palpatine actually survives his fall on the Death Star II and just used his Force lightning to create an illusion that he died.
Yeah, I am VERY curious about what they're going to do with that haha. A little wary about bringing so much back from the past, but I've seen a number of theories now as to how he might've stuck around. I guess I certainly wouldn't put a faked-death past them. Or perhaps there's something more sinister the sith can come back as (as opposed to a force ghost)? Either way, it's fun to have the speculation going again haha.
whats interesting is that, if im remembering this correctly, early ideas for the force awakens included the remains of the death start 2 in an ocean and the characters going there for what ever reason. Seems like JJ decided to use that idea for this movie. I think that the skywalker family is gonna end but the name is gonna be more so carried on as a mantle. Over the skywalker saga they fucked up the galaxy so many times that the end of it will be how the skywalkers changed the galaxy for the better; id think it would be interesting if the new jedi evolved and called them selves skywalkers instead.
"Skywalkers" instead of Jedi? That actually sounds very exciting!
