Hi, for things like this it’s better to write in Discord - i’ve already answered many questions there multiple times it’s unlikely to be a bug the game has additional conditions you need to meet to progress further the easiest way is to check the Glossary in the game itself btw, please also include the game version and the platform you’re playing on right away ideally, send screenshots and describe the issue in more detail - that’s why I’m saying it would be more convenient to do this in Discord
