Creator T.O.U

Creative Commons License

All of my original meshes are listed under the Creative Commons License. For any 3D objects I convert, I typically pay for the rights or use open-source models for the whole community to enjoy, so please respect my T.O.U. when using, modifying, or converting my creations.

• ❌ No paywalls. Must have a free option with immediate access.

• ✅ OK to convert to other Sims games.

• ✅ OK to include in lots or uploads.

• ✅ OK to retexture or recolor. (Patrons get access to my ready-made layered PSD files!)

Patrons Only:

• Paid supporters either through Patreon or the Equus-Sims Discord may use my original meshes as a base for their own work (with credit).

Shop Purchases:

• If you purchase one of my models (.OBJ files) or any other files from my shop, you have full rights for Personal Use Only. If you're interested in buying a Commercial License for reselling, please email me.

Please give me a shoutout on Tumblr @itssimplythesims if you use or convert my creations. I'd love to see what you're up to and help share your work with the community.
