An industrial gym inside the Spice District of San Myshuno
Once an old Spice District warehouse, THE FOUNDRY was given a second life by a San Myshuno native who forged a better future for himself through fitness and entrepreneurship. He returned to the neighborhood where he grew up to build the kind of place that had once helped him turn his life around—a gym where others could find the same sense of purpose, discipline, and possibility that his fitness journey had given him.
