Cinnasticks AMA - The answers!
Wow! Lots of great questions! Let's go ahead and dig right in:
I'd be happy to! I do love to cook and I really enjoy finding good recipes, altering existing ones for better outcomes, and making new ones up as I go! Maybe it's something that I could create for you all, would you like a recipe book? Maybe with some fetish art mixed in? If so, let me know down in the comments! In the meantime, this is something I recently made for my father at his request:
Oyster Soup:
1-2 sticks of butter
Half a white onion, diced
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup celery, minced
3 tablespoons shallots, minced
1/4 cup diced chives (for garnish)
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
3 cups of whole milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon Black pepper (personally I like more, I'm a black pepper fiend, and Oyster soup is a very peppery dish. Alternatively, you can also use fresh cracked pepper corn, and also try sautéing some whole peppercorn at the beginning and taking them out before you start adding too much in.)
1 pint freshly shucked oysters, preserving their liquor (you can order this online)
2 springs fresh thyme
cayenne pepper to taste
salt to taste (start light, oyster liquor is salty)
In a large sauce pan or pot, melt your butter on medium heat. Saute your vegetables (sans the chives) starting with your white onion and celery as these will take longer to soften (and peppercorns if you are doing that), then adding in garlic and shallot. Once the vegetables become soft and aromatic (remove any peppercorns) and then add in your flour, stirring constantly. The butter will cook the flour and turn it into a bit of a paste (a roux, this will thicken the soup add more if 3 tbs isn't enough). Then pour in your milk and heavy cream and add in your 2 sprigs of fresh thyme and black pepper and cayenne. Reduce heat, let the flavors meld and lightly simmer, do not boil the milk/cream. After a few minutes, taste the base and adjust flavors as needed. Once the base is ready, remove the thyme sprigs and add in your oysters and the oyster liquor. Oysters cook really fast, so cook until you start seeing the lips of the oyster being to curl (1-2 minutes tops). Reduce heat to keep warm. Serve in a bowl with fresh finely chopped chives on top as garnish, eat with ritz crackers.
It should only take about 15 minutes of prep and about 20 minutes to cook, and I'll tell you now, it is DELICIOUS. Tastes even better the next day after the flavors meld together. If you give it a try, let me know how it turns out for you!
Another recipe! OF COURSE I have a gain shake recipe :).
In a blender mix:
1 pint of Ben and Jerry's peanut butter cup ice cream
1 cup of peanut butter
2 scoops of weight gain powder
1 pint of half and half, (add more if too thick)
splash of vanilla extract
more sugar to taste, (2-3 tablespoons)
Blend together and enjoy this fattening, peanut buttery delight! Want even more calories? Serve with cookies as a pallet cleanser!
This is a great question! Honestly, it's probably the third one I did with Zoe. There was a lot of really cool things I got to do with that one. Medical play, bed breaking, designing my own bierstick, the massive size she gets towards the end...not to mention teasing eClaire's gluttonous side more. All of it was a lot of fun!
Fun fact, did you know eClaire and Cinna were originally throw-away characters? When I first started No Diet, I didn't intend on it being an expansive universe with a pantheon of characters. It was originally meant to be a fun way to engage with all of you. And eClaire wasn't even originally going to be in it! I had an idea when we got to the last few posts, maybe it would be fun to introduce Cinna's feeder roommate/girlfriend/whatever they were, and from there I started crafting her personality. It was here where her personality really started taking shape...
Actually...speaking of Zoe's NDU special, two commissioners came together and commissioned the final 2 pages of the Zoe popping ending comic. It was started a while ago by a separate commissioner, and while they weren't able to continue it, I can happily say that its on the commission docket and will be made soon!
I would like to preface though, I don't usually make popping content, its pretty sparing. Hopefully, you've come to enjoy my other works too ^_^;.
Staying on theme! I haven't 100% hashed it out yet, but yes. No Diet November this fall will include the largest cast of characters we've had in one of these. An old flame returns with her new boo, making an unauthorized departure of a particular blimp.
Oof, man, I've been doing this for 4-5 years now that's going to be some list! I'll try to distill it down to my top 10.
10: Beauty in Nature. It may not technically be the hardest image I've ever done, but for an early piece, I felt there was clear vision when creating it. I knew exactly what I wanted, and it came out so beautifully; it never really got the recognition it deserved in my opinion, but that's how a lot of artist favorites go!
9: The 2DaystoFat game, specifically the map. There was a TON that went into this game, so I technically am proud of everything in it. But this fucking map... This was one of the more technically demanding pieces in the entire project. This map is a combination of a ton of different assets I have, its probably a trillion polygons. My GPU couldn't render the entire thing, I not only had to build it, which was demanding on my hardware, but I had to render it out in pieces and stitch it all together in photoshop. Man this fucker was tough to get. Also, favorite ending is the bakery ending :v (whats yours?)
8: Dark Phoenix. This was actually a gift I made for a friend, he was wanting something with a fatty but action packed, he suggested Jean Grey as Dark Phoenix and I ran with it. I really love how this piece turned out, how it feels so painterly and comic-esque. It is a really striking image in my opinion.
7: The Entire Round Hog's Day comic. This was quite an achievement for me. My first truly long form comic. It was ambitious, the I wrote the script, storyboarded the entire thing, artistically beautiful for its time. I am immensely proud of this product, and I was glad I was able to share it with so many people.
Fun fact: I don't outwardly tell people not to pirate my work or anything, I can't control it if you do and while I prefer it didn't happen as its my means of supporting myself, it'll still happen. This particular product was downloaded illegally over 15,000 times, and that's not even including aggregate piracy sites. At least that's a testament to the product :v
6: The Hunted. Its not a fatty render, but I really got to show my chops at crafting a cinematic scene. I've had a few that are like this, "Nuked," "The Front," etc, but this one really stands out to me as something that could be a wallpaper or a game loading screen or the like.
5: Tunnel. This one, from start to finish, I had a very clear vision. I knew what I wanted. Something gritty, cinematic, something that tells a story just from a single frame. I find this piece to really speak to me as an artist and a filmmaker. I really love how this one turned out.
4: Xenobloat. If you haven't noticed, I happen to enjoy horror :v. And for this piece, I happened to come across a face hugger and alien model and I knew I had to use it in a gritty horror image. This entire scene just dings that bell for me. The misty space, the stark backlight, the gritty film grain, the glitching camera, the massively bloated victim on the ground as the alien creeps up on her in the distance. My goodness.
Fun Fact: I enjoy horror SO much that nightmares no longer scare me. I end up treating them like horror films and enjoy the entire run time of the dream.
3: Heavyweight Champion. I've been told by others that they think this is probably a masterpiece of mine. I am really happy with how it turned out. Someone had requested I make an image of their favorite female wrestler and so I ran with it, and it spiraled into this highly atmospheric piece. The glowing lights, the mist, the posing and texturing, even the silhouetted crowd in the background. I freaking love everything about this one.
2: OBCD (Ongoing). Perhaps this one will be a bit controversial, but I'm so extremely proud of this work. I know people have a lot of misgivings for it, given its origins and the use of certain technologies for part of the world building, and the fact its not my typical realism style 3D art. I get it, but man I've spent so much of my life working on this passion project of mine, I really want to get it done and just let it exist. I wish I rolled it out better for everyone here on patreon. I tried to showcase it how I fell in love with it, but looking back, I don't think that was the right call. I just hope folks will give it an opportunity to shine once its all done and you really get to know the story and see the characters shine. I know my script writer and I have the story locked in our heads, and ya'll don't have that context, so I'm sorry if this one fell flat for you. But the idea of a punk rock band that sells out, gets big (literally and figuratively) and having a falling out was such a fun story to craft. The lore goes deep with this one.
1: the SAW Series. Was there ever a doubt? This ended up being one of the coolest projects I've ever worked on. Man, being able to craft these scenes from ya'lls suggestions was just the creme of the crop. I got to mix fetish and horror and eClaire and all of the things together into this 10 part series. Hell, even the PROMOTIONAL art was so freaking fun to make! I loved every bit of it! What was your favorite parts?
Ok! :v
I appreciate everyone's questions, I hope you found it informative! I'll keep the AMA going for another few days if anyone else wants to know more!

i still remember the first art piece ive seen of your work and it was with the first NDN with Cinna and eClaire. from there ive followed your work on DA then patreon. you make top notch work and im glad im able to support you and honored to call you a friend
Thank you brother for all your support, seriously. Not to mention being a discord mod, giving me your thoughts and feedback on things and everything. Setting all that aside, thanks for being my friend, I appreciate you :)
Cinna! Your community engagement and responsiveness is simply the best! You’re absolutely my favorite creator and I’m proud to be a patron! Ps. lol obvi the SAW series is the best! My favorite has gotta be part 8 - The Farm.
Thank you so much! I'm so happy you enjoy my work so much! It really means a lot to me that you'd be willing to support my art. ah yes, the farm. That POV one is really something else. Not a ton of art is done in that perspective and that one in particular turned out really great. My 2 favorites of that series was the first and last one :)
