heyo! if you haven't seen it already, the video is now out! Watch that before watching this.
this is the companion content for the pikashoo-video, and this time i recorded it with paper will! we sat down and talked through some additional stuff that didnt fit in the main video.
regarding bonus content like this:
this has been up on nebula for a few hours already, and it was made as a "nebula exclusive". that said, as you can see im dropping it for you guys here too.
in the future im still not 100% sure how i'll deal with releasing nebula exclusive content though, like if i'll mirror it here or not etc. it might end up being "nebula has exclusive videos, patreon get companion content+production updates".
that's not to fuck you guys over in any way, as far as im concerned you deserve any and all content i create for supporting me. it's more of a Contract Thing™ where i might have to make "exclusive" stuff actually exclusive, + a time management thing because uploading etc to several platforms take a lot of time. We'll have to see! But for this one im mirroring it here, obviously, and i hope you enjoy listening in on 2 bois yapping for a bit.

Jeff, can I DM you to show you how I do better transcriptions with diarization (splitting speakers up in the transcript automatically)? I run it on my own computer, not paying anyone, and so can you- I noticed some of the transcript in the YT video said "down" when lawyer man definitely meant (and I think said) "done" and would love to pass along how to do it yourself, if it would help. -Mike P.S. The youtube transcription model, and most default ones are decent but miss details, there are solid and easy to use open ones, and many can do full translation, too, with millisecond-level precision word boundaries.
