Video release update + Q&A prep

You seem to have a knack for making honest and profound statements on the human experience in your video's (be it about nostalgic csgo-maps or "i dont want to be this kind of animal anymore"). You've also mentioned how everything you do or say on camera is heavily curated and scripted. So my question is; How do you find the balance between these two aspects of your video's so well?
Loved the video! As someone that passively consumes videos of horror and indie gameplay, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the huge resurgence of the low-res, low-polygon retro style of video game that seems to be popular in horror games right now. Those blocky maps, neon ambiences, etc.
Or just how you're feeling about the video now that it's out :)
Just watched the video ! Amazing work! As someone who dabbles a bit in after effects, was it difficult for you to do all of those in-game edits ? Really in awe of you editing skills! And - of course, the video itself was chef's kiss !
Have you ever played the games “agony of a dying MMO” or “No players online”? Based on this latest video, I think they might be up your alley.
Also, I’m curious which of the maps you covered in your video is your favorite. I love seeing people recreate their houses and towns in video games. Makes me happy to see stuff that might be “boring” or “dull” when you pass it every day on the street being recontextualized as “cool” and “detailed” when made into a game.
Good to hear from you again Jeff. Just Curious though. Will there be more merchandise in the far fetch future. I got the grey shirt not too long ago, and really enjoy the simplicity of the design.
You mentioned on the Human Can Opener podcast that you played and finished Animal Well recently. I would KILL for a video about that from you, as it’s one of my favorite games of all time. Thoughts on making a video about it?
I went on a Scandinavian vacation over the past few weeks, which included Sweden. I absolutely loved it. So, now I need to if you like ABBA, and if you do do you have a favorite ABBA song. And what is your favorite Swedish food? Finally, have you been to Skansen? If so, isn't it amazing?
Yessss. what does the USA look like to people in Europe right now just to a normal person? Do u care at all or is it like reading the onion news?
Oh man, "algorithm bomb" is exactly the phrase I want to hear re: new video. The less the algorithm likes it, the more here for it I am. As for unrelated questions, what are your thoughts on: -banana curry pizza -Friends In Real Life (Pat "the bunny" Schneeweis's latest music project) -John Darnielle's novels (I've only read Wolf in White Van so far, but Universal Harvester sounds way up your alley) And speaking of Darnielle, it's been said that everyone has *that one* Mountain Goats song. I'm a basic "No Children" bitch, myself, but what's yours and why?
For what it's worth mine was "cotton" and then now that I'm older it's "this year"
looking forward to it! im going to leave an unrelated question now but I may come back after the video with something more on topic. do you like the new lego ideas minerals set that is scheduled to release on October 1st? personally I love it as I love rocks and shiny things and lego but I want your honest thoughts, if you have any
So excited for everything! Has the new place/change in scenery helped your motivation and focus? I can imagine a new environment would jumpstart the imagination quite a bit!
My random question is: will you ever do another video like The Moustache?
Wooot! Friday let’s goooooo!
2-6am AWST! Not too bad! Everyone gets up way too early here, maybe I'll just stay up.. 😂
